Dispatch of Orders

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within the timescale given when the order is placed and payment made, however we make no guarantee to this, or to the availability of any items. In the event that we are unable to dispatch within this period, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a full refund or to make other arrangements.

Proofs are provided to the customer during the design stage, these are the specification that the signage will be produced to. It is important that the customer ensures that the design is correct in all ways, including layout, colour and typography, before submitting the order.

We will send an email to the customer address given once the goods have been dispatched to notify the customer of when to expect delivery, a signature is required for delivery of the goods.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of non-receipt of the confirmation.

We do not accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom.

Prices and Tax

Payment is due at the time of ordering, all payments are handled by a third-party online payment processor (PayPal). Security of the transaction is handled by PayPal, VanSignsOnline.co.uk does not collect any credit/debit card details. We will pass through your name and delivery address to the payment processor as part of the order process for the sole purpose of completing the transaction.

VanSignsOnline.co.uk is not VAT registered, and does therefore not charge VAT on any orders.

Failed Deliveries

In the case of a failed delivery that is returned to us we reserve the right to charge the customer for redelivery of the goods.

Cancellation and Returns

All orders are custom made to the customer's specification, as such the transactions are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations Act. Once you have submitted your order, you are committed to the purchase - you may contact us to cancel without penalty within two hours of submitting your order, any time after this however and we will have begun the manufacture of the signage and will charge a fee for the work carried out (this may be the full amount if we have completed the signs).

If we manufacture your order incorrectly, i.e. it does not match your specified design (allowing for stated tolerances, see following section), then you have the right to return the goods for a full refund. You must contact us first before returning any goods. The same applies for returns of damaged or otherwise faulty goods.

The cost of any returns is to be covered by the customer, unless we agree otherwise before the goods are sent to us.

Sizes, Shapes and Colours

All sizes given are approximate, all elements of the signs are manufactured to a tolerance of +/- 2%.

Due to limitations of browsers and monitors, colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site and any signage supplied.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Use of Information

All data provided by the customer will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Consumer Rights

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
